I felt so Lonely

I felt so Lonely
When I look at this stary night
And I don't even want to dream 
about the broad daylight

Oh ! How peaceful the night is
I can hear my heart crying out
It longs for someone 
Who can hear me in this lonely night

Someone, to whom I can open my heart to
Someone, with whom i can share my pain
Someone , who will be besides me
Whenever, it starts to blow the winds of change

I close my eyes and try to listen
A soft murmur that can bring peace within

Perhaps, a true friend can fill this emptiness inside me
Or so I think that's how it is going to be
I think about the past and I don't want to lie
But my past .. brings a tear to my eye

Let me stay this way for a little while
Maybe, I can find solace in this night sky
This will change one day , I know
'Coz then ... Nobody would just walk in
And go........

Perhaps that's my fate to stay alone .......
